Return & Exchange Policies:
Exchanges
All goods with regards to size and colour are exchangable within 7 days for date of invoice.
Exchange can only be done once.
It is advisable for the customers to consolidate the items before exchanging.
Returns
For self collection, all customers are required to check the goods before leaving the warehouse.
For delivery, all customers are required to highlight any descrepancy before our delivery staff leaves the premise.
Goods sold are not returnable.
Goods sold will not be refundable in monetary form. Instead a credit note will be issued for your next purchase.
Jubilant International Pte Ltd reserves the rights to exchange or return of any goods in relation to the company.

Expedited Shipping Information -
Purchase orders received before 9.30am: Delivery will be done in the morning.
Purchase orders received between 9.30am - 2pm: Delivery will be done in the afternoon.
Purchase orders received after 2pm: Delivery will be done the next day.
